Project Costs & Billing

Material Costs: All material costs are invoiced to the client. This is low risk for me and low cost for you. You only pay for the actual material costs for your project - nothing more, nothing less.

Labor Option 1 - Hourly Billing: The lowest risk to me, and thus usually the lower cost for you is hourly billing. I bill $55/hour for the hours that I spend on your project - nothing more, nothing less.

Labor Option 2 - Fixed Labor Bid: Some clients prefer the certainty of a fixed bid for labor. A fixed bid is higher risk for me than simply billing hourly, so generally fixed bids ultimately cost the client more than hourly billing.

Change Orders: If you would like to add scope to the project, or if an unforeseen condition is discovered during the project, a change order may be necessary. Change orders after work has started are less cost-effective for you and are a challenge for me, so I do my best to avoid them if at all possible. Change order material costs are invoiced to the client and labor is billed on an hourly basis.
